Use of the service
- You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the platform, other users, or our systems.
- You may not abuse automation, scrape protected areas, reverse engineer restricted functionality, or attempt to bypass paywalls, credits, or usage limits.
- You remain responsible for how you use exported material, execution plans, and research outputs generated inside your workspace.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, payment issues, security risk, or material violations of these terms.
- Workspace access, credits, and entitlements are tied to the relevant account or workspace and may not be resold unless we explicitly allow it.
Pricing, subscriptions, and credits
- Paid access may include recurring subscriptions, one-time credit packs, and limited-duration offers such as Founder Pass.
- Subscription credits refresh according to the plan terms shown at purchase. One-time credits are added after a verified payment is completed.
- Unless a specific offer states otherwise, credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed outside the product.
- Billing and checkout flows are processed through Paddle or another provider we designate in the product experience.
Intellectual property and outputs
DemandRadar, its interface, branding, ranking logic, and original product materials remain our property. You retain rights to the business decisions and downstream work you create from the insights, but you may not copy or redistribute the product itself.
Public-source evidence and generated recommendations are provided to support decision-making, not as a guarantee of commercial outcome.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect ranking accuracy, or specific business results.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, inability to use it, or reliance on research outputs.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product, pricing, compliance needs, or payment flows change. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated.
