Information we collect
- Account details such as email address, authentication identifiers, workspace name, and referral attribution when you create or use an account.
- Product usage data such as viewed opportunities, unlocked plans, saved items, exports, and credit activity needed to operate the workspace.
- Billing records such as subscription tier, transaction status, and invoice-linked identifiers from Paddle. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Basic technical data such as browser, device, IP-derived diagnostics, and security logs used for fraud prevention, debugging, and service reliability.
How we use information
- To authenticate users, maintain workspaces, and deliver product features.
- To process purchases, manage credits, and provide billing support.
- To monitor abuse, secure accounts, and investigate operational issues.
- To improve ranking, discovery, onboarding, and product performance through aggregate analysis.
How information is shared
We share information only with vendors and infrastructure providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, analytics, authentication, and payment processing. Payment-related data is handled through Paddle for checkout and subscription management.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users and the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, workspace, and billing records for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and support obligations.
If you want account deletion or data removal, contact us through the support channel provided in the product or in your billing receipt. Some records may be retained where required for compliance or dispute handling.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the service to limit unnecessary data exposure and to reduce direct handling of sensitive payment information.
Your choices
- You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion through support.
- You can manage subscription changes through the billing flow provided by Paddle.
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential email communication through the link included in those emails when available.
